Law of Azerbaijan Republic on Preparedness Activity and Mobilization in Azerbaijan Republic
The present Law provides the legal regulation in the field of preparedness activity and mobilization in Azerbaijan Republic and defines the rights, obligations and responsibilities of executive authorities, local governments, entities, enterprises and organizations of any form of ownership (hereinafter - Organizations) and the officers thereof and the citizens of Azerbaijan Republic (hereinafter - the citizens) in this field.
